Import & Export (Collections)

Collections support import and export workflows for moving structured data in and out of Notework.

Supported formats

Import

You can import:

• Markdown
• CSV

Importing into an existing Collection adds new data. Entries already in the Collection are not replaced.

Export

You can export Collection data as:

• CSV
• JSON

Import into an existing Collection

Open the Collection and use the ... menu to start an import. Choose a supported file and complete the import steps for the Collection.

Notion is not available through this Collection-level workflow. To import from Notion or create a new Project from an import, see Importing Data.
