Views let you display the same Collection data in different ways without creating duplicate Entries.

Use different Views

Depending on your Collection, Views can help you present and work with data in formats such as tables, boards, lists, calendars, timelines, or galleries.

Changes to an Entry affect the underlying Collection data, so the updated information is reflected across its Views.

Custom View limits

Personal / Household: up to 10 custom Views per Collection.
Team: unlimited custom Views.

Templates and Views

Collection templates are predefined sets of Views. You can customize those Views after creating the Collection.

Set a default View

A specific Collection View cannot be added to Favorites. Favoriting from a Collection pins the Collection itself.

To choose which View opens by default:

Open the View you want to use.
Open Collection Settings.
Select Set as default view.
